I started eating processed foods daily very early in my life up until the age of 40.
As a result, I had to endure many health struggles such as;
Candida overgrowth.
Immunity issues, i.e., pneumonia, bronchitis, allergies, mucous
Hypothyroidism
Severe inflammation
Hormonal imbalances, which are attributed to a condition called adenomyosis
Overweight
Brain Fog
Low self-esteem and insecurity
I have attained triumph by consciously prioritizing my health and assisting those around me.
I understand the struggle of being a mom and a full-time corporate worker, all while aging. It’s important to me to continue doing all these things while committing to prioritizing my health.
